Dosage & Administration

Recommended Dosage:

Adults and adolescents (12 years and older): 200mg every 12 hours for 5–10 days, depending on the infection.
Children (2 months to 12 years): 8mg/kg/day in two divided doses, as prescribed.

Administration:

  • Disperse in 10–15mL of water and drink immediately
  • Take with food to enhance absorption
  • Do not crush or chew unless dispersed
