Recommended Dosage:

The dosage of Briflox-200 depends on the type and severity of the infection, as well as the patient’s renal function. General guidelines for adults with normal renal function include:

• Uncomplicated UTIs: 200 mg every 12 hours for 3–7 days
• Complicated UTIs or prostatitis: 200–400 mg every 12 hours for 10–14 days
• Gonorrhea: A single 400 mg dose may be sufficient
• Other infections: As prescribed, up to 21 days for severe cases

Administration:

Take with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Avoid taking with dairy products, antacids, or supplements containing calcium, magnesium, iron, or zinc within 2 hours, as they may reduce absorption.

• Liver Damage: Symptoms like dark urine, yellowing of skin/eyes (jaundice), or abdominal pain.
• Aortic Aneurysm/Dissection: Severe chest, stomach, or back pain, which could indicate life-threatening vascular damage.
• Seizures: Particularly in patients with a history of epilepsy or central nervous system disorders.
• Mood or Behavior Changes: Confusion, agitation, paranoia, hallucinations, or suicidal thoughts.
• Photosensitivity: Severe sunburn, blistering, or skin swelling due to sunlight exposure.

Storage Conditions:
