Indications

Recommended Uses:

BROSIF-DX Syrup is indicated for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with:

  • Dry cough due to colds or allergies
  • Nasal congestion and stuffiness
  • Sneezing and runny nose
  • Throat irritation
  • Allergic rhinitis
  • Upper respiratory allergies

BROSIF-DX is intended for short-term use. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 7 days or are accompanied by fever or rash.

Dosage & Administration

Recommended Dosage:

Adults and children 12 years and older: 5-10 mL every 4-6 hours, not to exceed 30 mL in 24 hours.
Children 6-11 years: 2.5-5 mL every 4-6 hours, not to exceed 15 mL in 24 hours, only under medical supervision.
Children under 6 years: Not recommended unless prescribed by a doctor.

Administration:

  • Take orally with a measuring cup or spoon provided with the pack.
  • Can be taken with or without food; take with food if stomach upset occurs.
  • Shake the bottle well before use.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen after 7 days.

Side Effects & Warnings

Contraindications:

Do NOT use BROSIF-DX if you:

  • Are allergic to Dextromethorphan, Chlorpheniramine, Phenylephrine, or any other ingredients
  • Have taken a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) within the past 14 days
  • Have severe hypertension or coronary artery disease
  • Have glaucoma, urinary retention, or enlarged prostate
  • Have asthma, chronic bronchitis, or cough with excessive mucus
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding without medical advice
Storage Information

Storage Conditions:

  • Store at room temperature (15-30¡ÆC or 59-86¡ÆF)
  • Protect from light and moisture
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Keep the bottle tightly closed

Shelf Life:

BROSIF-DX Syrup has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored as recommended. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the bottle.

Dispose of unused or expired medication through a pharmacy take-back program. Do not flush or throw in household trash.
