Indications

Recommended Uses:

Jupenta-DSR is prescribed for the management of the following conditions:

Dosage & Administration

Recommended Dosage:

Adults: 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning, or as directed by a physician.
Elderly patients: Same as adults, but monitor for side effects under medical supervision.
Children: Not recommended unless prescribed by a pediatrician.

Administration:

  • Take 30 minutes before a meal, preferably breakfast.
  • Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew.
  • Avoid alcohol and acidic beverages during treatment.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 4 weeks.

Contraindications:

  • Have prolactinoma (pituitary tumor) or conditions sensitive to domperidone
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding without medical advice
  • Are taking certain medications like ketoconazole or erythromycin without consulting a doctor
Storage Information

Storage Conditions:

  • Store at room temperature (15-25°C or 59-77°F)
  • Protect from moisture and direct sunlight
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Store in the original blister pack

Shelf Life:

Jupenta-DSR has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored as recommended. Do not use after the expiration date.

Dispose of expired capsules safely through a pharmacy take-back program.
