Dosage & Administration

Recommended Dosage:

Adults: 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, or as prescribed by a physician.
Elderly patients: Dosage may be adjusted based on medical condition and under medical supervision.
Children: Not recommended unless specifically prescribed by a pediatrician.

Administration:

  • Take 30-60 minutes before a meal, preferably in the morning
  • Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water; do not crush, chew, or break

Contraindications:

Do NOT use Jurab DSR if you:

  • Are allergic to Rabeprazole, Domperidone, or any other ingredients
  • Have severe liver or kidney disease
  • Have a history of cardiac arrhythmias or take QT-prolonging medications
  • Have prolactinoma (pituitary tumor)
  • Are taking medications like rilpivirine, atazanavir, or certain antifungals
  • Have gastrointestinal hemorrhage, obstruction, or perforation
Storage Information

Storage Conditions:

  • Store at room temperature (15-25°C or 59-77°F)
  • Protect from light and moisture
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Store in the original blister pack until use

Shelf Life:

Jurab DSR has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored according to the recommended conditions. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the package.

Dispose of unused or expired medication properly through a pharmacy take-back program. Do not flush or discard in household trash.
