Recommended Uses:
Levoshe is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of allergic conditions, including:
- Seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever)
- Perennial allergic rhinitis
- Chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives)
- Itchy or watery eyes due to allergies
- Skin allergies, including eczema and reactions to insect bites
- Sneezing and runny nose caused by environmental allergens
Levoshe does not prevent or treat severe allergic reactions like anaphylaxis. Always carry an epinephrine injector if prescribed for severe allergies.
Recommended Dosage:
Administration:
- Take with or without food, preferably in the evening.
- Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew.
- Use a proper measuring device for liquid forms if prescribed.

Contraindications:
Do NOT use Levoshe if you:
- Are allergic to levocetirizine, cetirizine, hydroxyzine, or any ingredients in Levoshe
- Have end-stage renal disease (creatinine clearance <10 mL/min) or are undergoing hemodialysis
- Have severe kidney disease requiring dialysis
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor
- Have a history of urinary retention or epilepsy
Storage Conditions:
- Store at room temperature (20-25°C or 68-77°F)
- Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture
- Keep out of reach of children
- Store in the original packaging until ready to use
Shelf Life:
Levoshe has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored according to the recommended conditions. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the package.
