Indications

Recommended Uses:

Sifmol-P is indicated for the short-term treatment of pain and fever associated with various conditions, including:

  • Headache and migraine
  • Menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea)
  • Muscle and joint pain
  • Dental pain
  • Fever reduction
  • Post-operative pain (under medical supervision)
  • Pain due to rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis

Sifmol-P is intended for short-term use. Prolonged use should be under medical supervision.

Dosage & Administration

Recommended Dosage:

Adults and adolescents (12 years and older): 1 tablet every 12 hours, not exceeding 2 tablets in 24 hours.
Elderly patients: 1 tablet every 12 hours, with dose adjustments as advised by a doctor.
Children below 12 years: Not recommended due to risk of liver damage.

Administration:

  • Take with food or a full glass of water to reduce stomach irritation
  • Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush or chew
  • Take at the onset of pain for best results

Do not use for more than 7-10 days without consulting a doctor. Seek medical attention if symptoms persist.

Side Effects & Warnings

Contraindications:

Do NOT use Sifmol-P if you:

  • Are allergic to Nimesulide, Paracetamol, or other NSAIDs
  • Have active peptic ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding
  • Have severe liver or kidney disease
  • Have heart failure or recent stroke
  • Are pregnant (especially in the third trimester) or breastfeeding
  • Are under 12 years of age
Storage Information

Storage Conditions:

  • Store at room temperature (15-30°C or 59-86°F)
  • Protect from direct sunlight and moisture
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Store in original blister pack until use

Shelf Life:

Sifmol-P has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored as recommended. Do not use after the expiry date.

Dispose of expired or unused tablets through a pharmacy take-back program. Do not flush or discard in household trash.
